Adding a Custom Field 

 

  1. Go to Admin in the Sidebar 
  2. [Custom Fields] > ADD 
  3. Choose When  

 

  1. Label to show on that page 
  2. Data type  

 

  1. Size  
  2. Lookup - Add your own- ADD CUSTOM or use the existing libraries- Use Library or Use System   
  3. Check to make the look up a drop-down or leave unchecked to have a magnifying glass lookup 

o  Note - the lookup and use lookup as drop-down options are only available if the data type is 'text' 

  1. If Adding your own Lookup, give it a description 
  2. Add values in the order you want them to appear 
  3. SAVE 

 

 

To modify existing custom fields 

Admin > Custom Fields > Click on the label you would like to modify/change > make your changes and [SAVE]
