This Help Note describes how to update the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) password within the Trizetto Provider Solutions website. This password differs from the password for the overall Trizetto Provider Solutions website (i.e., that which enables loading of your dashboard). The SFTP password also differs from the password for showing patient eligibility on the Insurance | Primary screen (Note 1).
1. Login to Trizetto (https://mytools.gatewayedi.com).
2. Click the My Account tab, then Manage SFTP Password:

shown below, enter your current and new passwords, confirm the new password, then
click (Note 2):
If you do not know your SFTP password Þ:
· Click Forgot Password? and follow the prompts
OR
· Call Trizetto Provider Solutions (800-969-3666) and ask for the password
After Completing the SFTP Password Update at the Trizetto
Website. The customer will than need to update their Office Therapy with the
newly created SFTP Password. Here are the Steps to adding it.
1. Log in to Office therapy with a user account that allows for “Master Access”
2. Next step with be to Access the (File) menu withing Office
Therapy, Extending the “Administration” menu, and that Selecting “Maintain
Electronic Filing Information” (as shown)
After adding the new FTP password to the field within Office Therapy. Simply select “OK” at the bottom of the window to save the newly updated information to your Electronic Filing section of your Office Therapy Application.
And that is It, Your Office Therapy is updated and ready for exchanging Electronic Claims and Remit files once more.
