Cloud - Changing Your Cloud Password

NOTE: Please make note of your new password as TheraManager DocuTrac cannot retrieve this password and you can only change your password once every 24 hours..  If you forget your Cloud password, you will need to have the primary account contact call Support at 888-308-9683 to reset the password.  

Click on the Change Cloud Password Icon


Enter your current password.  Please Read the Disclaimer before proceeding.  Once finish, click Next.


Enter a New Password.  You will need to meet 3 of 4 of the requirements.  The requirements will turn green once it has been met.  Once the new password has been entered and you have confirmed the new password.  Click Finish.  (The Finish button will not be available until the password meets the criteria and the confirmed password matches.)



You will receive the success screen if the password was accepted.  Click Close.
