Cloud Remote Setup - Chromebook Microsoft Remote Desktop App

Please Note:  ALL CREDENTIALING IN THIS DOCUMENT IS FOR EXAMPLE USE ONLY.  Please use the QuicDocOffice Cloud Account Information provided by our Sales Department.

Open Play Store > Search for Microsoft RDP


Install Remote Desktop **DO NOT install Remote Desktop 8**


Open Remote Desktop > Accept the Terms

 

Click on + > Select Add PC


Type the PC Name >Select Drop-down > Click on Add user account

*PLEASE NOTE:  PC Name will be given by Practice Account Manager, do not use example**


Under Show Additional Options, select Drop-down > click on Add gateway


Type dt.theramanager.com > click Save


Scroll to Bottom > Turn on Redirect local storage > Click on Allow


Click Save


Open RDP


Check the box Never ask again for connection to the PC > Click Connect


Enter Password

PLEASE NOTE:  The Username will start with DT\.  Your Practice Account Manager will have your username and password


Check the box Never ask again for connection to the PC > Click Connect


Open File Explorer > Click on Network > Click on TS Client > Click on Local Storage > Select Download  folder > Drag & Drop over Favorites
