Cloud - unable to scan using a Mac

If a Cloud user is having issues scanning directly into the Cloud, check to make sure that TSScan is switched to use the Mac UI.  This will allow Mac users to scan into the server through TSScan.  The Mac UI has fewer options because the local scanner options will appear every time.

Log into the Cloud
Open TSScan

Click on Tools and select Switch To Mac UI

The Mac UI will look like this:

Once the Mac UI is set, open QuicDoc or Office Therapy to scan into the programs.  
Please note:  do not scan directly using the TSScan program.  End users will need to scan into the programs.
