Corrected Claims

• Make corrections for claim.
  

• Go to the Encounter Dashboard, Modify Charge
  

• At the bottom of the charge, change Claim to Replacement and add ICN number. 
  

• Click Save/F2
• The corrected claim is ready to resubmit.
