QDPM - How do I add a customized Note to a patient or encounter that prints on the statement?

Start by going to Admin, System Default Settings, Statements and switching STMTNOTES to Yes.


You can send one, unique custom note on a per patient basis.  If you add this note to an encounter, once it is paid in full, the note will no longer be on a statement.
