How to Add, Edit and Delete Folders

This article goes over steps on how to use the Admin menu to create, edit and delete folders within PsychEase. This action can only be done as a user with an Admin role.

Creating a New Folder

  1. After logging into PsychEase, open the Admin menu and click Folders to open the folder management

  2. The Folders modal will be opened and you are able to click the Plus (+) sign to add a new folder.

  3. A new line will be made, here you can enter the folder name and click the Save (floppy disk) icon to save the changes, or click the Undo (back arrow) icon to revert your changes.

Editing a Folder

  1. To edit an existing folder, you can use the Search field to locate the necessary folder. You click the Edit (pencil) icon to edit the folder name.

  2. While editing a folder name, you can click the Save (floppy disk) icon to save the changes, or click the Undo (back arrow) icon to revert your changes.

Deleting a Folder

  1. To delete an existing folder, you can use the Search field to locate the necessary folder. You click the Delete (trash bin) icon to delete the folder. This will bring up a confirmation window.
