First thing to ensure is that the patient has an accurate email set in their demographics on the Open Practice Management side

      

You'll then need to open the patient chart in PsychEase

      

Ensure demographics are up-to-date by right-clicking in the note section, going to PM > Update Patient, entering the patient ID and clicking "UPDATE PATIENT". This manually pulls in current patient demographics.

      

      

Then you are able to open the "Patient Portal" dropdown and click "Create Patient Account". This will create an account and send credentials to the patient via their demographics and the email set in their demographics.
