Images can impact how the note loads by quite a bit as notes themselves are intended only to support text data.

For images/attachments it's best to use the 'Attach File' tool in the top navigation while you have your patient selected.

There it will open a modal, asking for the date, what folder to place the attachment and the attachment itself to upload from your machine.
