Office Therapy - How to add new database for Office Therapy

Double Click on the Office Therapy DB Manager on your desktop



Click on Create Database



Click on the Refresh Button to select the ‘Server Name’, once the Server Name appears, input the Database Name you wish to create for the New Provider and click on ‘Create Database’.  

**Please note, do not use any special characters or spaces in the database name.**
