This document shows you where to find the ICD-9 codes that are used in Claims Processing in Office Therapy 11.5.x.

When processing Claims, Office Therapy is pulling the ICD-9 Diagnosis codes from the “Purple Box”

See example below.

You have to open a Client and Click on the Diagnosis Tab - Then Click on Modify to check to see if there is an existing ICD-9 diagnosis that the Claim will pull
from.

NOTE: The ICD 1 ICD 2 ICD 3 fields in the Diagnosis Window shown below are only the ICD-10 codes.

Click on Modify to check to see if there is an existing ICD-9 diagnosis ]
If there is a diagnosis, is there a date range?
Is the date of service within the diagnosis range? If not, this will cause an error when producing a claim.
