Office Therapy - System NULLReferenceException Error

This issue has come up with customers that may be new to Claims Manager (5010).
If you click on "Produce Claims" and NULLReferenceException error pops up, you probably don't have a current diagnosis for a client
.
The first thing we check is: Does the client have a diagnosis?
If not make sure to add that.
(Keep in mind that Office Therapy is pulling the ICD-9 Diagnosis codes from the “Purple Box” )

If no diagnosis, make sure to add it.
If there is a diagnosis, is there a date range?
Is the date of service within the diagnosis range? If not, this will cause the error.
