The following is needed for Trizetto Electronic Filling in Office Therapy:

 

Electronic Filing Setup

      Go into Admin

      Electronic Filing

      Turn on Electronic Filing

      Check box 'Use Trizetto Clearinghouse'

            *this will pre-populate the FTP Site Address and the Receiver Company Info

      Enter the following

            Trizetto User

            Password

            FTP User

            FTP Password

                  *this info is listed on the practice's account and will be the same for all fields.

            FTP Port: 22

            Submitter ID:  is the FTP User

                  *Trizetto does not require any other ISA or GS information*

            Have the practice to enter the Submitter EDI Contact Info.

      Move which provider's (if not all) to electronic filing

            Providers Filing Electronically Tab

            Any that is filing electronically needs to be moved to Providers Included​

      Move insurance companies (if not all) to electronic filing

Before submitting test claims, make sure the following:

      Electronic filing is turned on

      Payer IDs are filled in for each insurance.  It is recommended to have the practice to do this. Payer list can be found here.

      Make sure all info is setup in the company info and provider info which includes the NPI and taxonomy IDs

      A minimum of 10 claims are entered to be sent to Trizetto which includes a variety of all payers.
