Office Therapy - unable to export information to QuicDoc
The Office Therapy data exchange allows patient demographics, provider demographics, insurance company, and referral source to be linked with QuicDoc. If QuicDoc was moved to a new server, this data exchange link will be broken therefore it will need to be updated.
If you receive an error in Office Therapy stating that the information cannot be exported to QuicDoc, please use the following:
Log into Office TherapyUnder Preferences, select Customize
Select Administrative tab
Click Refresh next to the Server Name. Please note, if you are changing this on a workstation, you will need to check the box ‘Show All SQL Servers on Network.’
In the drop down list, select the new Server where the QuicDoc database is located.
The database name for QuicDocStd will pre-fill.
Click Ok and close out of Office Therapy for changes to take effect.
