Updating user permissions is not limited to the PsychEase team. Practice admins can make this change on their end.

To adjust permissions a user has to clinicians and associated patients, you will need to navigate to the "Admin" menu in the top righthand corner, click and go down to 'Users' in the submenu that opens; clicking that as well

After clicking that, you'll be asked for the unlock code

Then you will progress to the 'Users' modal, which you can search the username and click into the 'Permissions' tab.

While in the permissions tab, you can provide the user access to all Clinicians or limit them to specific clinicians listed. Simply hover just to the left of the clinician name and click the checkbox to limit the user to that clinician patient list.
