QuicDoc Enterprise - Signature Messages
When using an electronic signature device in QuicDoc Enterprise, you can set up text to accompany the signatures of a client or other third party individuals such as a parent or guardian who signs notes or treatment plans.

For example the following text ‘By signing this document, I am agreeing with the treatment plan as prescribed by my treatment team.’ can be used for client signatures.
How to Set Up Text to Accompany Signatures
From the Setup Menu, select Signature Messages to enter text to appear with signatures. You can designate one as a default signature.
