Click in a scheduled appointment slot in the Scheduler, then select Print Appointment Slip from the Appointments menu.
Your Practice Header/Name, Date and Time of
Appointment, Provider Name, Location, and a statement concerning cancellation
policy appears in the Print Appointment Slip window. If no header is displayed,
you or the Administrator can enter one in QuicDoc.
Cancellation Statement
The default wording for cancellation is 24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED. To modify the statement printed on the slip, change the wording and click Save.
Click Print to print the slip.
