QuicDoc Pro - Electronic Signatures
QuicDoc allows notes to be electronically signed. You may sign either by date & time stamp, Topaz Signature pad, or mouse/touch device. By default, this feature is turned off.
To turn on electronic signing:
Log into QuicDoc using an Admin account
Under the Setup menu, click on Preferences
Click on the Administrative tab
Under the Electronic Record, check the box next to Enable electronic signatures. Click Ok once finished.
If the supervisor signature is required, you may check this option. Please click here for setting up supervisor signature.
