Question:

Is it possible for more than one therapist to have access to same patient's chart in QuicDoc?  For example one therapist provide individual therapy and the second therapist provide family therapy for the same patient and be able to work off the one patient file and same treatment plan?

 

Solution:

In order to give a second provider access to a patient’s file, the first or primary provider must grant access rights to the second provider. The System Administrator or primary provider can grant access to other providers. To do so:
