QuicDoc Pro - How to inactivate a provider

The best practice is to remove a provider from the list is to inactivate their account.  
If you try to delete a provider that is associated to a patient, it will not allow you to delete.
Log into QuicDoc using an Admin account
Go to the Users list

Select the Provider

Under Tasks, select Modify user information

Select the Inactive button

When you make a user inactive, they are removed from the active list without deleting the account or associated information.  The user can no longer sign into QuicDoc. Inactive items are still accessible in inactive lists. You can make an inactive item active again at any time. 

To review inactive Providers:

Go to the Users list
On the left side menu, under Tasks, click on Show inactive users
