QuicDoc Pro - Note Carry Over

QuicDoc Pro - Note Carry Over

Note Carry Over is automatically turned on.  To turn this feature off, please see How to Turn off Note Carry Over.
Note Carry Over works by having a note already created with all the information filled in the Sections. Once a Note is already created with this information and you create a new Note, it will ask which Note you would like to use.  You can select a note for each Section or you can apply one Note for all Sections.

Notes will only carry over if you select the Section (left menu) otherwise, it will consider it unread and will not show on the Note even if you select to apply

It is recommended to always Preview the Note to see what info has been applied to the Note and before signing.

With the first Note created for the Patient, please fill out the Note with as much details as possible.

The Session Information Section will always be required to fill out.  This does not carry over.

Select the Section (Left Menu).  This will pull in the information from the previous Note or it will prompt you to select the Note you want to use for carry  over.  As shown below it shows that it pulled over the Diagnose Code.

If the 'Select Note to Use for Carry Over' is turned on, you will see the below option.  To turn on this feature on, please see How to select a note to carry over
