QuicDoc Pro - Problems Printing Large Scanned Images from QuicDoc
QuicDoc allows you to scan and attach files to a patient's record. Where more than one page is scanned, the image file created is a multi-page TIFF image format.
In some cases where the image file is very large, more than 15 or so pages, there may be a problem printing the scan image; though not viewing it.

In QuicDoc version 11.5.1 or higher, a new TIFF file reader has been developed.
Log into an admin account.
Under Setup menu, select Preferences
Go to the Links tab. Select use DocuTrac Image Viewer (suitable for large files.)
Close out of QuicDoc and relaunch for changes to take affect.
