QuicDoc Pro/QDPM - Required Note Sections for billing to QDPM

There are several items that are required on all Notes before it can be signed and billed.

1.       Services (CPT Code)

2.       Location

3.       Diagnosis Code

4.       Status of Diagnosis Code

In the Session Information Section, type in the CPT Code or click on the  to search for the CPT Code.

For Location, use the dropdown to select the Location of the Session.

In the DSM/ICD Diagnosis Section, type in the Diagnosis using either the DSM/ICD 10 or ICD 9.  You may also use the to search.  Select a Status in the dropdown.

The Diagnosis can be carried over from a previous note.  For the Diagnosis Code to be carried over, you must click on the DSM/ICD Diagnosis in the Section (left menu) for the information to be pulled.  The recommendation is to always Preview the Note before signing to make sure all info is filled.
