Rescheduling/Reschedule Queue

Rescheduling 

There are several ways to reschedule an appointment
  1.  DRAG and DROP
    • Left click and drag the appointment 
      • to another time on the visible schedule 
        • or
      • to the Reschedule Queue which allows us to re-schedule when we are ready
2. From the Appointment page > Reschedule Button
  • You are presented with three options after clicking [Reschedule]

A. Link - Click to link to an existing appointment for this patient 
B. Search - Opens the Search feature in the sidebar - filtered for this Patient 
C. Close the popup and manage from the rescheduling queue

How to attach to a patient and search for an appointment from the Rescheduling Queue?

  • Click to Pop-out the Queue
  • Click the magnifying glass icon 
  • In the middle of the calendar, note 'Your are attached to 'Patient' in the below screenshot 'Smith, Alice'

  • Click into an appointment, the person will auto-populate
  • Either of the following will remove the appointment from this queue:
  • Click Reschedule Queue - this allows you to choose to copy all the original appointment details 
    • or
  •  Key in the appointment details and in the Validation Warning, check to 'Mark as Satisfied the following Items in the Reschedule Queue' 


 How to remove or delete from  Rescheduling queue 

  •  Patient is in the rescheduling queue but they never made a new appointment, how do I remove the patient from the queue 
  • In the sidebar - popout the rescheduling queue as shown above
  • Click the red X to cancel the appointment
