1. Log in to TheraManager PM. Click on the Accounts tab.
2. On the Accounts tab, ensure that the Show Insurance Names checkbox is selected so that they appear in the export.
3. From the View menu, select CPT Records and then All Patients.
4. On the far right of the toolbar, click on the Binoculars icon.
5. This will open a View Records window. Choose View All if you would like to export all of your data. If you would like to specify only a specific time period, populate the Starting On and Ending On fields directly. Select OK.
6. Within the table that appears, r-click anywhere in the data. Select Export To and then select the file type of your choice. We recommend CSV. This can be opened from Excel for data manipulation, is a common import format, and limits the file size because it is text-based.
7. If you are moved directly into a Text Import or are later opening this file from Excel, choose Comma as the Separated By value.
8. Files will be saved here: C:\Users\<UserName>\Documents\Theramanager\Export Files
Report Exports
All report results can be exported to file. You may have reports with information that you want to retain while you no longer have access to TheraManager. You must run each report for the appropriate timeframe and export the results to file with the following process.
1. Log in to TheraManager PM. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Select the correct report by choosing General or Custom and then selecting the report from the dropdown menu.
3. Most reports will be dependent on a date range. Select the appropriate start and end dates for the report in the View Records pop up window.
4. Right-click anywhere within the results of the report to export the results to file. Choose the correct file type for you.
a. XLS – viewing and manipulating report results in a spreadsheet
b. CSV – minimize the size of your file
c. CSV, HTML, or XML – exporting into another system (check with your vendor)
5. Files will be saved here: C:\Users\<UserName>\Documents\Theramanager\Export Files
Other Report Exports
1. If you choose to save any of the other data from the Results tab, first select the binoculars icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select View All or manually set appropriate start and end dates.
3. Select the button of the report you would like to run.
4. If the View Records pop up window appears, confirm or change your date range.
5. If the report saves directly to a file, choose an appropriate file name and location in the Save As dialog window.
6. If the report opens to a Print Preview window:
a. Select the Printer icon in the upper left corner.
b. Select the printer that will perform a Print to PDF file.
c. Choose an appropriate file name and location in the Save As dialog window.
