How to Manage Diagnoses for Patients

This article goes over how to us the diagnosis management tool in PsychEase

  1. After logging into PsychEase, search and select a patient to load their data

  2. Then click the Manage diagnoses for current patient icon (DX), a patient diagnosis window will open


  3. Use the Search field to look-up DSM6 or ICD-10 codes, you will need to click the radio buttons to toggle between the two.

    1. If you do not see a diagnosis code you expect to to be present, it will need to be added into the library for your practice. Review this article for more details: https://tmdtigroup.zohodesk.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-add-or-modify-icd-and-dsm-codes

  4. When you locate the expected diagnosis, double-click the diagnosis name. This will add it to the patients applied diagnosis list above the search section.
